Our portal is secure and guarantees your documents can be safely transferred to and from our firm, while offering best-in class security features, and staying in compliance with today's never-changing security regulations.

Our client portal is easy to use. To request access simply contact your Craig Shaffer and Associates contact. We will provision your account that is unique to you and your business only.

It's only a few simple steps:

• You will receive an email invitation to join the portal.
• Create your account based on your email address. Be sure to use a strong password to ensure security
• The portal will then ask that you verify by entering a verification code that will be sent by email.
• Please note once access is granted that it's specific to the computer you used, if you use another computer, phone or tablet you'll be asked to enter a new verification code for that device.
